On May 2–3, 2026, the international education exhibition “Study in Kazakhstan” was held in Baku, Azerbaijan, with the participation of universities from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was aimed at prospective students, parents, educational agents, as well as representatives of Azerbaijani universities. More than 20 universities from Kazakhstan took part in the exhibition. The official opening ceremony was led by the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan, Mr. Alim Bayel.
As a result of participation, Ualikhanov University achieved significant outcomes:
— established partnerships with new educational agencies;
— initiated cooperation with universities in Azerbaijan and identified key areas of collaboration, including student exchange programs starting in Fall 2026;
— strengthened relationships with existing partners.
Within the framework of agreements, Baku Eurasian University expressed its readiness to host 5 students under the academic mobility program.
