Ualikhanov University Students Explore Career Opportunities at BI Group

On September 24, third- and fourth-year students from the Technology of Mechanical Engineering and BIM Design programs at the S. Saduakasov Agrotechnical Institute met with HR managers from BI Group. The meeting was held as part of the university’s Guest Lecture series with the support of the Ualikhanov University Career Center.

BI Group representatives Saltanat Kumarova and Ekaterina Dmitrieva introduced the students to the company’s activities, major projects, and key areas of work, while also highlighting professional development opportunities available to young specialists.

The representatives also presented opportunities for students to undertake paid internships at BI Group as part of their practical training. To join the program, candidates are required to complete a competitive selection process consisting of several stages.

Students interested in applying must register via the QR code provided in the company’s informational materials by December 20, 2026, complete an application form and assessment, and take part in an interview with BI Group experts.

During the meeting, the HR managers discussed the professional and personal competencies the company values in young specialists, what it looks for when selecting candidates, and how students can begin preparing for the job market while still at university.

The meeting was held in an open-dialogue format, giving students an opportunity to ask questions, receive practical career advice, and learn more about internships and future employment opportunities.
