On June 29, 2026, at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Anar Bukayeva, Lecturer at the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature of Ualikhanov University, successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled "Scientific and Methodological Foundations of Kazakh Legal Discourse" within the educational programme 8D01717 – Kazakh Language and Literature and was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.
Her dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of the linguistic and methodological features of Kazakh legal discourse and presents significant research findings aimed at advancing both its academic study and teaching methodology. The research makes a valuable contribution to the development of Kazakh linguistics and legal discourse studies.
Her academic supervisor was Dr. Gulbarshyn Syzdykova, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor and Acting Professor. Her international scientific advisor was Professor Nergiz Biray (PhD) of Pamukkale University (Türkiye).
