Ualikhanov University Participated in a Scientific Seminar on Digital Security

Today, a scientific seminar on the topic “Constitutional Guarantees for the Protection of Personal Data in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Foundations of Digital Security” was held in Kokshetau. During the round table discussion, participants addressed current issues related to digitalization, information security, and the protection of personal data in the context of the rapid development of the digital environment.

Representatives of government agencies, the expert community, research centers, and universities took part in the event. On behalf of Ualikhanov University, Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Infrastructure Development Zhaylagul Sagyndykova and Information Security Officer Alexander Pavlov delivered presentations.

As part of the discussion, participants considered issues of digital literacy, cybersecurity, regulation of personal data, and the role of universities in fostering a culture of digital security.
