During the visit, Tamara Kassymovna explored the university’s infrastructure and innovative educational initiatives. She visited Tomorrow School - a modern learning space focused on developing digital competencies and advancing artificial intelligence education. Today, the platform serves as one of the university’s key centers for training a new generation of specialists in IT and AI.
Tamara Duisenova also toured the Research Laboratory of Inclusive Education and Neurodiversity, where scientific projects aimed at supporting children and students with special educational needs are being implemented. Discussions focused on the development of inclusive education, the introduction of modern support methodologies, and the creation of an accessible and comfortable learning environment for all students.
In addition, she visited the NMR Spectroscopy Laboratory and became acquainted with cutting-edge scientific research in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology, highlighting the importance of the laboratory’s ongoing research activities.
As part of the visit, the guest was also introduced to the Silver University project - a unique social and educational initiative designed for older adults. The program promotes the concept of lifelong learning while supporting the development of digital literacy, creative skills, and communication competencies among senior citizens.
During the visit, Tamara Duisenova met with university staff to discuss the development of education, the training of modern professionals, and the role of universities in strengthening the country’s intellectual potential. Together with the university leadership, she also discussed issues related to the professional retraining of employees of local executive bodies across the city and region on the basis of Ualikhanov University and through its scientific and academic potential. In addition, she answered questions from members of the media.
