Ualikhanov University has strengthened its global standing in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2026, one of the world's leading rankings measuring universities' contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In this year's edition, the University is ranked in the 601 - 800 band globally, reflecting its continued commitment to delivering high-quality education, advancing impactful research, fostering social responsibility, and promoting sustainable development.

Among the University's strongest achievements is its performance in SDG 4 - Quality Education, where Ualikhanov University is ranked in the 101 - 200 band worldwide. The University also achieved an impressive result in SDG 10 - Reduced Inequalities, placing in the 201 - 300 band globally. In addition, it demonstrated solid performance across a broad range of sustainability indicators, including innovation, healthcare, gender equality, environmental sustainability, responsible consumption, and global partnerships.
