On May 14, Ualikhanov University hosted the 26th City Olympiad in Fine Arts for school students, dedicated to the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. The event was organized by the Department of Creativity and Sports.

School students from across Kokshetau took part in the Olympiad, showcasing their artistic talent, creative thinking, and passion for the arts. Participants completed tasks in composition and painting, combining creativity with modern ideas and approaches.

One of the key opportunities offered by the Olympiad was the chance for winning 11th-grade students to gain admission to Ualikhanov University’s “Art Education (IP)” and “Labor Training and Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship (IP)” programs without taking a creative entrance exam.

The event also featured quizzes, creative workshops, and interactive activities for teachers. In addition, educators attended a seminar on artificial intelligence and participated in hands-on creative sessions.

The Olympiad aimed to identify talented students, encourage young people’s interest in the arts, provide career guidance, and strengthen collaboration between schools and the university.

Following the results of the competition, winners were awarded diplomas, while all participants received certificates.

The Department of Creativity and Sports at Ualikhanov University continues to support young talents by creating new opportunities for students passionate about art and creativity. Here, students not only receive professional education but also develop their creative potential by combining artistic skills with modern educational trends and technologies.
