Ualikhanov University Hosts Visit of the Board of Directors

On 25 May, Ualikhanov University welcomed Chairman of the Board of Directors Naiman Kalabayev and Board Member Temirkhan Tolkynbayev for an official working visit.

As part of the visit, meetings were held with directors of institutes and higher schools, heads of academic departments, administrative units, faculty members and university staff.

During the meeting, the outcomes of the 2025 - 2026 academic year were reviewed. The university leadership presented key achievements and performance results across education, research and administration, while outlining strategic priorities for the coming period. Members of the Board of Directors, in turn, shared the results of the Board’s activities over the reporting period, highlighted major decisions adopted, and discussed key governance priorities aimed at ensuring the university’s sustainable development and institutional effectiveness.

The Board members also visited the Research Laboratory of Inclusive Education and Neurodiversity, the UNICEF Youth Volunteer Hub, the Tomorrow School branch, Student Residence No. 3, and the university’s sports facilities.

The visit concluded with a scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, where participants reviewed key institutional matters and discussed the continued implementation of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing academic excellence, advancing research and innovation, and strengthening Ualikhanov University’s position as a modern, innovation-driven institution.
