History of the Chair
Legal education at the Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov was opened in 2004. Highly qualified teaching staff conducts training taking into account the advanced achievements of pedagogy, borrowing, developing and implementing new teaching methods. When developing Educational programs, employers are involved: current employees of executive authorities and lawyers of the territorial sphere. The educational process aimed at preparing students reduces the stability of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the application of Kazakh and state legislation. The independent choice of the learning path allows you to gain knowledge taking into account the interests of students. A special place is occupied by the consideration of analytical abilities that are acquired in the process of performing creative tasks, preparing and writing scientific and graduate papers. The department conducts training in the following areas: bachelor's and master's degrees. Our graduates successfully work in government agencies, in the civil service and in the civil sphere.
