About the Department of "Morphology, Physiology and General Pathology"
The Department of Morphology, Physiology and General Pathology was established in September 2018. From the moment of opening until 2020, the department was headed by PhD Aitkulov M.T., since 2020 the head is PhD Zhangalov B.B.
At the origins of the foundation of the department was associate professor Aitkulov M.T. excellent health worker, veteran of labor of Kazakhstan, noted in the book of honor of KSMU. He made a huge contribution to the formation and structural strengthening of the still young, fragile faculty. During his leadership, he initiated the development of the material and technical base of the department, transferred invaluable experience in the field of pedagogical skills, and remained an indispensable mentor for the staff of the department. In 2020, he transferred the powers of the head of the department, and today he transfers the knowledge base to the younger generation as a lecturer of the department. And together with him, teachers Mazhitova M.S., Yerzhanova A.T., Kabdrashitov Zh.D., Alimov A.A. did a lot of work, Akhilbekov N.S. made an invaluable contribution from practical healthcare. The staff of the department at the stage of formation took many advanced training courses.
The department has scientific and student circles, and students participate in scientific and practical conferences every year. After signing a memorandum of cooperation between the "Zhastary Medicine" and the NJSC "Kokshetau University named after. Sh. Ualikhanov» students of the department actively participate in volunteer activities in the region.
The purpose of the department is to improve the quality of educational services provided through the optimal organization of educational and educational activities.
The department sets itself such tasks as training highly qualified, competitive specialists in the field of healthcare to solve the issue of personnel shortage in the region.
The department studies such disciplines as medical anatomy, medical genetics, topographic anatomy and operative surgery, physiology, histology, structural foundations of vital activity, pathological anatomy, pathological physiology, pharmacology, general immunology, fundamentals of scientific thinking and evidence-based medicine, public health, hygiene. Syllabuses, educational and methodological complexes in these disciplines are freely available to students in the automated information system "Platonus", as well as on the online platform Moodle.
The staff of the department are participants in the Erasmus + program of the European Union, aimed at promoting the modernization and sustainable development of the education system, vocational training, youth policy and sports.
