The aim of the educational program is to develop students’ general linguistic, pragmatic-communicative and information-digital knowledge, skills and competencies essential for the professional translation activities.
The relevance of the Bachelor’s degree program “Translation Studies” is stipulated by the necessity to introduce international technologies into the economic and social spheres, development of industrial and agricultural production and corresponding demands of the northern region. Increasing competitiveness of domestic production and globalization of economic, social, political and intercultural relations between countries determines the need for training in this area.
